4" Tradescantia Bolivian

This is an interesting variety of Tradescantia. It is a prolific vining plant and grows a bit more compact and tidy than other varieties of inch plants. They have a purple leaf underside and purple stems, with a deep green top side of the leaf. They prefer indirect, bright light. Pruning encourages the plant to become more bushy. Without regular pruning they often become "bald" at the top of the plant.

Plant in well draining all purpose soil, preferably something low in peat that doesn't become hydrophobic during extended dry periods.
